The Daily Mail’s focus is on child killer Colin Pitchfork, who was arrested and recalled to prison last week. The paper says it has details of why Pitchfork, who spent 33 years in jail for murdering two teenage girls in the 1980s, returned to prison. According to the paper, he had been approaching teenage women in the street. The case has led to calls for urgent reforms to the Parole Board, the paper adds.
