Brexit is the focus for the Financial Times, which warns that businesses face a £7bn-a-year red tape bill over Michael Gove’s border plan. The paper says “post-Brexit bureaucracy” will mean companies trading in Europe will have to fill out an extra 215m customs declarations each year. The front age also features a picture of Polish president Andrzej Duda who won a second term in a closely fought contest.
