In its top story, it reports that Prime Minister Boris Johnson “will search for a Brexiteer to run the civil service” after Sir Mark Sedwill confirmed he plans to stand down in September. It says Sir Mark lost a “power struggle” with the PM’s top aide Dominic Cummings – and his departure will “allow Mr Johnson to recruit a ‘believer’ to implement reforms he and Mr Cummings put on hold”.
