England’s remaining coronavirus restrictions will no longer be lifted on 21 June, the Daily Telegraph reports, with Prime Minister Boris Johnson resigning himself to a delay of up to four weeks. The paper says the PM will tell the country on Monday that the latest data on the spread of the Delta variant means it is now too risky to go ahead as planned.
