The Daily Star’s cheeky headline “Long to rain over us” referenced the unfortunately grim weather that hit much of the nation for the end of the Jubilee, threatening to put a dampener on the celebratory occasion. The paper says “soggy Brits” are likely to be affected by tropical storm Alex this week, following the poorly timed “downpours” that swept through on Sunday.
