Justice Secretary Dominic Rabb has met with the mother of murdered toddler James Bulger as one of his killers bids for a parole bid, the Sunday Mirror reports. “I left with hope” it quotes Denise Fergus saying on her bid to get Mr Rabb to intervene in a parole hearing for Jon Venables – one of the two boys who killed James in Merseyside in 1993.
