Boris Johnson is “poised to announce a Brexit deal that will keep trade with the EU free of tariffs and quotas”, The Daily Telegraph reports.

Ministers are set to announce a swathe of areas hit by rising coronavirus rates will be placed into Tier 4 from Boxing Day, The Daily Telegraph reports.
