It heavily criticises comments from minister Rachel Maclean, who suggested people struggling should consider taking on more hours or moving to a better-paid job. “Don’t be so poor,” its headline reads, in front of a hamster running on a wheel. The paper also points out Ms Maclean earns £106,000 a year and, in its thought for the day, ponders “Where do we apply to become a government minister?”.
