Prince Andrew’s legal team has claimed the woman accusing him of sexual assault, Virginia Giuffre, may “suffer from false memories”. However, the paper points out that Prince Andrew is claiming that he had no recollection of ever meeting Ms Giuffre – despite a widely-circulated photograph of her and the duke when she was 17.
