Many towns do not have the “grab a jab” walk-in centres, where 16 and 17-year-olds are told to go, the paper adds, with the alternatives sometimes as far as 70 miles away. Labour MP Justin Madders has said it is “ridiculous” to expect those under the age of 18 to travel such distances.
