The paper quotes a government source as saying Mr Johnson sees it as the “final stretch”. While the ending of restrictions will be paused, the PM is expected to lift the 30-person limit on weddings and allow for more seated outdoor sporting and cultural events to take place with large crowds, the Times adds.
