The Times also features a story about the row over the Northern Ireland Protocol bill, but unlike the Telegraph the paper reports that Mr Sunak “would be willing to press ahead” with a deal even if it didn’t get the support of the DUP. The Times says the prime minister is “prepared to decide for himself” whether the deal works for Northern Ireland, describing his stance as a “challenge” to the right of the Conservative party.
